Q. What is the expected delivery time on orders.
A. Your order will normally be received within 48 hours of dispatch. (normal business days Mon-Fri) , providing that the goods that you have ordered are in stock. Bikes may take within 2-3 working days of placing an order to arrive, providing that they are in stock. If an ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you and check whether or not you wish to continue with the order. .

Q.Back Orders
A. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items will not be charged until the moment they are shipped.

Q What if I change my mind after receiving the goods.
A. We guarantee your satisfaction. All bike accessories and clothing items are covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy, if you return the product in its original packaging unused, and in pristine condition. The buyer is fully responsible for any related postage costs.

All bike purchases are covered by a 14 day returns policy. Bikes must be returned in
unused condition, and the buyer is fully responsible for any related postage costs.

Our no quibble returns policy comes into effect one day after the customer has received the goods.

Please include a note with your name, address, telephone number, receipt, and reason for return. We will process your exchange/refund as soon as we receive it.

Q.What if I have a problem
A. Dooleys Cycles endeavour to acknowledge all customer problems within 2 working days; it is highly possible that you will receive acknowledgement of a problem within a shorter timescale. We promise to keep you fully informed whilst we work to resolve your problem.
